The place is limited until 12.04.2027. The daily working hours are regulated through a schedule. Payment is made up to 5 TVöD.

Your tasks: • Maintenance of the objects including the technical facilities according to the agreed performance catalogue • External cleaning, winter service and general building services • Support for housing and accommodation of refugees

Your profile: • completed craft training in the field of civil engineering • safe occurrence, reliability, team capacity, sense of responsibility, flexibility and high operational readiness • high sensitivity and social competence in dealing with the employees, employees and residents of the accommodation • Class B driving licence required • independent regulation of daily organizational processes in the objects to be supervised
