Number: MER0003O8J About us: The Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) business unit bundles the global activities of the Mercedes-Benz after-sales business for the Pkw division. Our team is responsible for the development of the international parts trading business (part trading business) within the after-sales marketing car division at Stuttgart-Vaihingen. We are responsible for the entire global strategy and action development of the Parts Trading Business, including the roll-out of international development projects. In addition to deriving strategic measures, we focus on the focused further development of our global parts distribution strategy. PARTSpro+ is our strategic pillar for professional Mercedes-Benz traders in Parts Trading, which is an indispensable link to the free workshops. With B2B-Connect we operate a comprehensive digital sales platform for free workshops. With only one portal, workshops have access to the entire Mercedes-Benz parts portfolio, complete technical Mercedes-Benz know-how and fast and precise diagnosis results. With both the B2BC platform and PARTSpro+, we pursue a holistic E2E approach. The tasks in detail: Support and independent processing of work pacts under the part trading strategy Project support in the design, development and implementation of further development projects as part of the parts distribution strategy Participation in the preparation and implementation of the international competition “Sales Representative Challenge” to increase Part Trading revenue in selected markets - this also includes communication with markets, tracking sales development and preparation incl.
