We are looking for a very experienced senior manager/program manager to manage and implement some of the major/complex commerce programs. Trading IT is a global function that deals with the provision of technology solutions for our trading business. These include gas, electricity, coal, LNG, renewable energies and locations in Germany, the UK and North America. We are looking for strong communication employees who understand the energy trading business and the systems used. A structured approach to project methodology and change management is important. You should have carried out large company programs and projects and worked with complex stakeholders and international teams.

• Heading and control of major trading programmes (2 million euros and more)

• Management of complex distributive programmes, development of new strategies to address programme complexity

• Business partners for the programs

• Creating program governance and change management processes

• Creating strategic program initiatives and/or responsibility for the delivery of the team

• Management and coordination of the interface with third-party providers (software providers, integration partners and external consulting companies)

• Manage and coordinate the interface to global teams and senior stakeholders

• Effective combination of expertise with the ability to control the team and subsequent project execution

• Budget responsibility for the programmes

• Cooperation with project managers, technical and business SMEs in project implementation

• Higher education in information technology, engineering, economy

• At least 5 years of experience in energy trading IT

• At least 5 years of ETRM experience

• At least 5 years of management experience

• A few years of experience with ETRM or short-term trading systems

• Experiences in the work and management of offshore teams have worked and conducted

• You have already taken responsibility for important project performance in large programs

• Knowledge of energy trading technology

• Ability to act and want to succeed

• Effective communicator and influencer

• An integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively implement changes, and an effective stakeholder manager

• Strong team player who can demonstrate experience in working in an international team

• Flowing English knowledge in word and writing, knowledge in other languages would be advantageous
