In this key position, you work closely with the management and create the organizational and commercial foundations for further growth. You develop structures, build processes and ensure that changes are not only decided but are implemented effectively. You have several years of experience in a responsible function, for example in commercial management, corporate development, organisational development or operational control You have already actively accompanied growth, change or professionalization processes in medium-sized companies You bring significant business understanding and can evaluate measures in a financially sound manner You think strategically, act pragmatically and reliably put topics You communicate clearly, lead with ophthalmic and move people in the daily business You feel comfortable in a medium-sized, entrepreneurial environment
