Payroll: You set up the monthly payroll for a defined group of persons, including advice and support for employees and executives You communicate with external offices and institutions (e.g., the tax office, health insurance companies) and start certificates and reports Controlling: You will regularly report on personnel costs, number of employees, structure, etc. and deliver key figures as well as forecasts for our management You participate in HR projects and support various ad hoc requests, annual accounts or audits

You bring multi-year payroll and HR report experience based on your commercial training or study, ideally in the tariff environment of a manufacturing company You like data and numbers (e.g. export from workday and pay in Loga), you want to systematically process them into key figures (e.g. pivots in Excel, Power BI) and let your results flow into key performance indicators With us you want to actively contribute to the HR team with your structured way of working, clear communication and international thinking We would like to openly communicate with you in German as well as in English (each very good or B2/C1) and benefit from your targeted communication skills in cooperation
