You draft offer concepts for publicly funded labour market and educational services for the target groups of young people and adults, especially in the context of public tendering procedures of the Employment and Job Centre agencies You have a look at the educational and labour market, develop ideas and concepts, research funding opportunities and develop new, also digital offers for qualification, coaching and professional and social integration. You are requesting support for educational projects you have developed independently with the competent authorities

Completed study and multi-year professional experience High competence in written expression and communicative strength A mix of content knowledge from the fields (social)pedagogy, psychology, sociology, coaching and consulting, seminar design, vocational training and social integration is advantageous Experience is desirable in the writing of offer concepts, project or promotional applications and training offers Very good knowledge of MS Office applications Experience in handling extensive (text) documents Ability to work in a structured manner as well as content-conceptual work Pleasure of independent and accurate work, also under term print
