Your task

• Care and promotion of young people in the Werk-statt-Schule in order to fulfil the statutory school requirement combined with
• Promoting children, young people/young full-year children in the development of self-motivation and learning motivation
• Resource-oriented promotion of individual skills and skills of students
• Help for education or accompanying youth
• Werk-statt-Schule:
• practical and individual training in small groups; Creative offers
• Participation in parental talks
• Organisation of project days

What you need to bring with you

• Bachelor/Master of Social Work, Diplom-Socialarbeiter (m/w/d) or Diplom-Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) with state recognition
• Consultancy and Methodology Competence
• ready-to-use knowledge in SGB VIII and SGB II/ SGB III and other relevant laws
• Experience in working with young people who are susceptible to performance and behaviour
• Knowledge of individual case assistance and group work
• readiness to discuss cases in the multi-professional team and Supervision
• Advanced guidance certificate (application only after request)
