Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Media (m/f/d)

You develop cross-channel performance campaigns for regional and supra-regional advertising customers on META, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Ads and TikTok and advance them from idea to implementation. You control campaign budgets, keep relevant KPIs in mind, for example by A/B testing for a strong performance. You test new approaches, analyze results from your reporting and perform specific optimization measures. Together with sales and customers, you develop data-driven marketing solutions and actively develop performance marketing as a growth field. You use AI tools to make processes more efficient, accelerate analysis and drive automation.

You have a degree or training, ideally in the areas of marketing, media, communication, business management with marketing focus or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in campaign management and performance marketing, and you know what successful campaigns are about. You’re confident about platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and Pinterest, think data-driven and use relevant KPIs as well as insights to continuously optimize campaigns. You are fit in handling analysis and reporting tools and can derive clear recommendations from figures. You convince with your own initiative, reliability and a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Openness, team spirit, and the willingness to actively shape changes are the key to you.
