Leadership and development of the team. Management of existing DATEV standard solutions and EDIFACT processes. Development and implementation of IT security strategies to optimize existing infrastructure. Planning and implementation of software projects taking into account the latest technologies and best practices. Coordination with other departments to collect requirements and develop IT solutions. Evaluation and introduction of new technologies to increase competitiveness. Budget responsibility and resource allocation within the development department.

Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable IT training Experience in leadership of teams and project management Knowledge in EDIFACT and common IT security standards Experience in the independent management of projects Charismatic leaders with experience of very good communication skills and a safe occurrence Ability to strategic and operational thinking
