Work Planner - Contract Management / Purchasing / Costing (m/f/d)

In recent years we have numerous projects such as Lufthansa Lounges, Zalando, Starbucks, Sony Center am Potsdamer Platz, Booking.com, Nivea Haus Berlin, Madame Tussauds, Camper (Berlin), ESPRIT, American Embassy, Muji etc. implemented throughout the federal territory for national and international clients. You analyse the contract documents of our construction projects and, on this basis, prepare the tenders for all relevant plants (KG 300, 400, 700). You are responsible for the entire tendering process, from the acquisition and selection of suitable after-contractors to the production and evaluation of price levels. In close coordination with the costing and the construction team, you conduct the procurement negotiations and ensure compliance with the project budget by creating work calculations. You form legally secure contracts with after-contractors as well as suppliers and manage the entire follow-up management. You monitor the date chains, identify proactive economic alternatives and thus contribute significantly to project success.

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the field of construction You have commercial knowledge and technical know-how with construction site experience You work independently in the team and think economically You have good knowledge in the MS Office area You possess negotiating skills and are at the same time fair to all parties, whether internally (cross-departmental, such as costing and construction team) or externally (subsidiaries and suppliers)
