Internal Sales Employee / Quotation and Planning (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers:inside and agencies You are responsible for the independent creation of offers, media planning and presentations and thus supports the sales service You are responsible for the coordination of project requests and agree with the colleagues in the group-internal interfaces You support the planning for our premium customers:inside and accompany the campaigns with a team of external services and sales solution You are enjoying an active participation in the idea-finding and development of communication solutions for our customers: You work on projects to optimize workflows and interface improvements

You have a successfully completed professional training and ideally brings first professional experience in the field of sales services or in a similar position (e.g. in an agency, a publisher, etc.) with You are a dedicated, communicative and resilient personality, you can set up new tasks and draw your attention through a structured approach Your strengths include self-employment, team skills and a strong customer and service orientation You work structured and have experience with CRM systems You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially you have an Excel affinity
