With nearly 20,000 employees, we build the hearts of our automobiles in six parts of the factory: high-quality and pioneering motors, gearboxes and axles for all Mercedes-Benz cars. Our HR Consulting team supports local executives and employees in all personal topics and actively supports the transformation. These challenges include: Cooperation on strategic and organisational issues in the personnel sector Creative and conceptual work using AI as well as independent introduction of ideas Creation and preparation of presentations on personal topics Working with team-wide projects and events Active participation in the daily business and regular team meetings Participation in discussions with employees, executives, works council and other interfaces Participation in selection and job placement processes The (practice) practice can begin from September 2026 and should take 6 months. A hybrid working model is basically possible and includes both presence work in the office and mobile work.

Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics, Humanities or Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on staff or comparable Safe handling of MS Office Secure knowledge of German and English Commitment, team skills and a structured working method Analytical thinking and interest in HR topics Openness, initiative and joy in team collaboration Affinity for AI topics Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
