HR Business Partner (m/d) Hünxe There's always something going on in logistics. There's action. But also feeling fine. Put on. But with bowls. One wheel goes into the other. Everything's flowing. And yet you're with us anything but a little girl in the gear. You can really move here. It's logistical! But convince yourself: In your role, you act as an interface for all strategic and operational HR topics at the Hünxe site. A special focus of your work is on constructive and professional cooperation with the works council – even in the case of demanding and sensitive topics. You advise executives and employees comprehensively on labour and collective bargaining issues and support personal economic decisions legally. You support in the negotiations of operating agreements and ensure their implementation during operation. Individual measures (e.g. settings, shifts and changes) are planned and taxed taking into account tariff, legal and operational conditions. The professional execution of all relevant HR processes is safe and continues to develop them continuously. In addition, you will guide HR projects across locations and areas and actively contribute your experience.

You have a degree in business management with a focus on personnel or bring a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR position as well as in cooperation with works councils, ideally in a collective environment of logistics, industry or service industry. You have very good knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining law, supplemented by knowledge in business law and social security law. Your work is analytical, structured and solution-oriented – even in complex situations. With your sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and strong sense of different interests, you convince yourself in cooperation and also draw your attention through teamwork, commitment and a high degree of reliability. You have very good German and good English skills in word and writing. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications complete your profile.
