In the project „Offenes Familienhaus Haselhorst“ we create an inclusive place for families with children from 0–12 years – with advice, education, encounter and a lot of opportunities to join. For all this to be done, we are looking for a:n coordinator:in, who controls the family center with heart, mind and organizational skills.

You plan and coordinate the offers of the family house – from open meetings to courses and events. You keep the threads together in network work, cooperate with the youth office, kitas, schools and other social partners. You are the first contact person for families, volunteers and cooperation partners. You are responsible for the good accessibility of the family centre, including through public work and social space activities. You accompany and support the team in daily work. You keep an overview of structures, processes and documentation. You are involved in budget planning and management. You win and commit volunteers

A completed study of social work, social education or a comparable qualification. Experience in family promotion, social space or network work is super – but not absolutely necessary. Organizational talent, desire for design playroom and pleasure in independent work. An open, esteeming attitude towards all families, regardless of origin, form of life or social backgrounds. Communication skills to communicate between families, professionals and partners. A structured but flexible way of working – because here is no day like the other!
