Plant management: You coordinate the daily business and make sure that our safety concept in the climbing forest is complied with at any time. You check the cash register system, take care of the daily billing and assist in the maintenance of our two climbing forests. In addition, you care for order and cleanliness throughout the complex to always ensure a welcoming impression for our guests. Team Management: You coordinate and motivate your trainer team and set up a well-structured shift plan that takes into account both the daily business and events such as team trainings, school classes and special events. You support the training and training of the team. Event management: You plan, organize and coordinate events. You do not hesitate to lead a team training or archery yourself, and always take care of the excellent care of our guests. Even with tightly clocked appointments, you ensure smooth operations.
