Project manager Misson UAS (w/m/d) The System Integration team, HMAM11 acts as an interface between the client, user, OEM and aviation operator as well as UAN in the integration and support of mission solutions in the field of mission and marine aircraft. In addition to the profound understanding of aviation development processes and aviation project management, HMAM11 also has a strong expertise in mission and Mariene aircraft. HMAM11 has three skill clusters: aviation project management / project management; Logistics Management & Platform Engineering / MBSE for Missons & Marine Aircraft / UAS

Planning and control of projects in the field of mission UAS over all life cycles with an indoor and outdoor environment (HENSOLDT, AG, Partner, UAN, Supplier) Steering control and ensuring project success and project profitability (performance, quality, time, cost/DB1, turnover) Initialization and control of offers and contracts Defining the framework conditions for the project organisation in coordination with management Initialization and coordination of project execution Planning, control and control of the performance process (internal/external) Control and compliance of contractual agreements Ensure equal communication with the AG and partners, including management Founded and strong negotiation with role model for the associated project leaders Implementation of the necessary votes with the AG and UAN Problem and conflict resolution in problems (internal/external) in cooperation with management Implementation of claim management for necessary performance changes during the contract term Acquisition of sequential orders Support for management in strategy development
