We are looking for new team members for a new project in our High-Tech Solution Center in Gärtringen. As Revenue and Administration Specialist, you have a crucial role in our success and our Key Customers' satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct billing. How you create impact Working with an international team internal search as external Domestic and International Freight invoicing / AIR and SEA to Global Customers Ensures compliance to rate tariff and customer billing profile Ensure timely billing as per KPI's Assists with audit in advance of final invoicing Controlling of internal billing (Export Main Office / Import Main Office) Preparing freight calculations Support other Kuehne+Nagel branches on billing matters Close contact with High Tech Solution Center commercial team regarding freight Tariffs/Spots Financial / Liability Reports

1-2 years of experience on similar position are advance detail-minded and accurate with numbers Very good knowledge of English Able to read quotations Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work with minimum supervision High commitment, high motivation, ability of working in a team, flexibility, good self-organisation, open-minded for new challenges
