Support, monitoring and ensuring the operation of intrusion, video and fire alarm systems on various properties Analysis and elimination of disturbances and coordination of necessary repair measures, including readiness to call for time-critical disturbances Planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance, testing and maintenance work in coordination with certified specialist companies in accordance with DIN 14675 and the relevant VdS guidelines, including statutory audit according to VOB/VOL Support and further development of modern video surveillance systems including intelligent camera technology Review and optimization of camera locations, image quality and technical settings Support in the planning and implementation of new safety and monitoring concepts Working in compliance with legal requirements and future KRITIS requirements (NIS2) Implementation of IT security requirements in security systems, in particular network integration, segmentation and firmware management Evaluation of video recordings in event and coordination with internal disciplines such as revision and judiciary Documentation of plant conditions, maintenance and technical changes

Successfully completed technical training with further training for:to the state-tested technician:in or master:in the fields of electrical engineering, communications technology, security technology or a comparable field Experience in dealing with intrusion, fire detection or video surveillance systems is desirable Knowledge in the field of modern safety and building technology and relevant standards (DIN EN 50131, DIN 14675, VdS) Funded knowledge in the field of IT security and network technology in terms of safety equipment Basic knowledge of procurement and contract law (VOB/VOL) or Experience in the building management is advantageous Structured and independent working and strong sense of responsibility High problem-solubility and decision-making strength in technical disorders Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate different topics in parallel Communication strength and joy in cooperation with internal and external contacts:internal Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications Driving licence class B (old: class3)
