Property Manager - Residential / Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)

Systemically embracing new residential and commercial objects and attaching them You will take care of the maintenance, control, correction, revision and processing of rental contracts, terminations and supplements as well as the negotiation and preparation of new lease contracts You communicate directly with our tenants:insides, craftsmen:inside and masters of the house:inside and work their concerns in a targeted manner You perform typical administrative tasks such as cost accounting, housing transfers and withdrawals, creation of lease contracts and correspondence You will check the documents for completeness, including rental, maintenance and service contracts and security You will be involved in re- and registrations as well as administrative processes

You have a training and/or experience as a real estate agent (m/w/d) You bring empathy and willingness to work in a variety of ways You work structured and tidy, are communication-strong, resilient, professional and reliable You have MS Office licenses and a license
