Responsibility for confi­cation and operation of router, switch and firewall components (Juneper, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet and other market leaders) Disruption analysis and removal as second level support (including manufacturer contact) Ensure the implementation of change measures in MPLS/IP backbone, customer networks and firewall components Administration and documenization of the established solutions Cooperation in the design, implementation and coordination of complex network projects and the operation of the Datacenter Switching Network (Cisco Nexus) Support for administration and operation of RSA servers (AAA), radius, LDAP and TACACS Assistance in the development and imple­mentation of solutions for automation and diagnosis Cooperation in the selection and management of service partners in the network environment by technical, strategic and commercial aspects Capacity planning and monitoring Participation in readiness

Expertise and professional experience Completed studies (informatics or telecommunications) or comparable training Multiannual experience in the ITK environment with a focus on network technologies Knowledge of TCP/IP networks Very good knowledge of MPLS/IP backbone and/or Network Security Good English language skills (in word and writing) Versified handling of MS Office Personal skills Imprinted customer orientation and communication strength Awareness of costs, analytical thinking and rapid presentation High willingness to learn, initiative and willingness to use Self-employed work, reliability and team spirit
