With your experience and passion for developing complex systems from a holistic perspective, the interdisciplinary development team will help you develop the next generation of photomask systems. They will work both conceptually and in the laboratory (purchasing room) and independently plan, coordinate and carry out their development activities. In your function, you analyze product line-crossing requirements and derive the development of concepts and their technological development. Your activity includes: Qualification, evaluation and series acquisition of new cleaning processes in semiconductor production with the focus on cleanliness within the process chain in grey and clean rooms

Work package responsibility/module responsibility in the field of cleanliness/cleaning in development

Definition of the LifeCycle requirement for cleanliness in product development, definition of development measures and active risk management in the project

Analysis of the process chain to implement improvement measures in terms of quality, process stability and costs

Removal of acute process disorders

Introduction of new operating and auxiliary materials in coordination with the development

Definition and implementation of visual and quantitative surface analyses for contamination determination and analysis of causes

a successfully completed university degree in a scientific field

relevant practical experience in manufacturing, cleaning and cleanliness removal, optimally with previous responsibility for cleanrooms

basic knowledge in the fields: aqueous and physical cleaning processes, vacuum technology, particle measurement, chemical analysis methods, statistical experimental planning and evaluation, process optimization (e.g. Six Sigma) and error analysis (e.g. 8D, FMEA)

strong team skills and a high degree of self-initiative

an independent, targeted and structured way of working and a high level of innovation

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
