As a team manager:in (m/w/d) in our department procurement for expansion and hull of turnkey construction projects, you are integrated into our technical services at the Munich site. They lead and coordinate a team consisting of currently five employees and are also entrusted with the following tasks: Support for our projects in good cooperation with the operational units of the Bavarian Directorate An invitation to tender for material and foreign services including evaluation of the offer Participation in the creation of performance directories for turnkey construction works Leadership of award negotiations, participation in contract design Collection of needs and market analyses and strategic development of the procurement organisation Identification of business partnerships and product alternatives with a view to sustainability in construction Exchange with other group units on issues of procurement Reporting and creating reports within the shopping network

Successfully completed technical studies (construction/economy engineering or architecture) Multiannual experience in purchasing, ideally in the construction industry Good knowledge of building and contract law and good technical understanding Very good communication and organizational skills and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and passion for shopping Teamability and reliability as well as independent, committed and careful operation
