What should you bring?

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Alternative Bachelor degree in IT with technical focus
• IT career experience and associated advanced knowledge as well as experiences in the field of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Clients
• Basic knowledge of network, telephony (preferably CISCO) and software distribution (SCCM, Ivanti, etc.) are desirable
• Knowledge of ITIL processes are beneficial
• Flexibility, resilience and analytical thinking
• English knowledge of word and writing desirable

What do you expect?

• Responsibility for all IT topics at our plant in Ichtershausen as a local IT administrator (m/w/d)
• Implementation, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as maintenance of IT systems in cooperation with the central IT teams
• Local first-level support for end users on site
• Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and software distribution for Windows 10 end user systems
• Network environment support (CISCO-LAN/WIFI/telephony)
