Receivables Management Clerk - Debt Collection / Dunning (m/f/d)

You take over the independent processing and administration of collection files from the opening to the conclusion and maintain all relevant data in our computer system (pSOS). Control as a central contact person for debtors, creditors and lawyers You complete written and telephone correspondence. You analyse the financial situation of debtors and negotiate independent out-of-court payment agreements to find viable solutions for both sides. You initiate both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, monitor important deadlines and prepare for enforcement. In the event of insolvency, you are responsible for the timely notification of claims to the table and thus secure the interests of our creditors.

You have completed training as a lawyer:r, legal expert:in or comparable qualification Ideally you bring first professional experience in receivable management or debt collection With your negotiation skills and your service-oriented, structured way of working, you will always find good solutions for creditors and debtors You work routined with the current MS Office applications and are characterized by a quick opinion Knowledge in the BGB, ZPO as well as in enforcement and cost law are a plus, but no condition You communicate fluently in word and writing in German
