Administrative support Organisation and booking of travel incl. Visa applications Booking times in SAP Creating requirements and orders in SAP reception activities, registration of visitors and support of the telephone center together with the team (working time currently from 7 a.m. or until 17 a.m.) Car park management

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience as assistance or in the mentioned fields of activity Good knowledge of MS Office and safe handling of SAP Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Independent, targeted and precise operation, friendly appearance and service orientation
