Further development and development: You continuously develop the work protection organisation and its integration into process management in a commercial environment and actively shape their development. The further development of the integration into the operational setup and execution organization is your focus. Self-responsible setting of the working priorities is of course for you. Advice: You advise managers and employees on all issues of occupational safety, support the implementation of legal requirements and contribute to the further development of a living safety culture. Coordination and cooperation: You coordinate and control cooperation with external service providers as well as internal contact persons in the field of occupational safety and ensure that necessary services are retrieved and implemented as needed. A cooperative working style is familiar to you in this context. Risk assessment and prevention: You are planning and updating risk assessments, performing operations, analysing work accidents, conducting prevention measures according to the TOP principle and accompanying their implementation by the executives. Working methods and processes: You accompany the introduction of new equipment, work equipment and processes from the point of view of occupational safety and support the implementation of the measures and the effectiveness control of the same. In addition, you advise the employer in the selection of personal protective equipment (PSA) for the employees according to Risk assessment. Instructions and training: Including the software used in the company, you will organize instruction and training and, if necessary, conduct it yourself with the aim of sensitizing employees for safe work. You also regularly participate in the Working Safety Committee (ASA) and are responsible for preparing and post-processing.

Training/study: You have a completed technical training or a relevant study and have the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to ASiG. Professional experience: Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of occupational safety – preferably in a commercial environment where you are familiar with different activities and hazards. Directives and regulations: With good knowledge of the relevant labour law regulations as well as the professional regulations, you can provide legal and practical recommendations. Adviser role: In communication, you are convinced by a strong ability to consult and a secure, cooperative appearance – both to executives and employees. Solution orientation: Thanks to your organizational and coordination skills, you can bundle different interests and develop sustainable solutions; your high social competence shows. Working method: At your work, you will proceed independently, structured and solution-oriented and use methodological competence to efficiently implement projects and measures. Responsibility: A high degree of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability characterizes you and makes you a reliable employee in occupational safety. IT affinity: You are safe in dealing with the current MS Office applications; Knowledge of SAP or comparable systems is desirable
