Your tasks: • Support for hardware, software and smartphone issues in first-level support • setup and training of users in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems • Outputting IT devices such as laptops or peripheral devices, e.g. mice and keyboards • Processing of warranty and repair requests, including communication with manufacturers and ordering spare parts • documentation of the activities carried out, such as maintenance of inventory data and preparation of requests in the ticket system

Your qualifications: • Complete training as a merchant for IT system management or a comparable qualification • Experience in handling a ServiceDesk and end customers as well as pronounced communicative skills • Embossed service orientation and a friendly, professional appearance • Basic knowledge of common hardware and operating systems (Client/Server) • Reliable, independent and process-oriented operation • Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
