Training Coordinator & Instructor for Fuel Cell Systems on Submarines (m/f/d)

You develop and develop a concept for the training and training of crews, service personnel and testers in handling the fuel cell system on submarines. Together with the specialist department, you will create the necessary training content and documentation. You organize the trainings and carry them through. You monitor the effectiveness of training through evaluations and carry out continuous improvements.

You have a successfully completed study in an engineering field or a degree as a technician (m/w/d) with a well-founded professional experience. Ideally you know the system submarine and fuel cell systems from practical experience and have experience in adult education or comparable didactic activities. You can understand technically complex situations and represent them simple and understandable for different audiences. The conceptual and creative work is yours. You are characterized by solution-orientedness, self-employment and sense of responsibility. You are communicative, responsive to contact and are happy to present in larger groups. A very good oral and written expressiveness in English will complete your profile.
