• Interface between natural gas stores, our customers and market partners
• Ensure the smooth use of natural gas storage by our customers
• Creation and planning of natural gas flows for internal storage
• Contact for our customers for questions about the storage contracts
• Ensuring and monitoring the optimised use and mode of operation of natural gas storage
• Reliable creation of reports
• Participation in continuous process improvement and documentation

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies
• knowledge of the energy industry of advantage, e.g. in gas, electricity or heat
• Experiences in controlling, disposition or dispatching complex systems of advantage
• Professional experience in customer care, logistics, as a disponent*in or in a comparable position desirable (introduction into the subject-specific topics of gas storage operation possible)
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shiftwork and to take part in representation
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Language and language skills, good English skills
• Joy in working as an interface between customers and technology
• Safe, reliable and friendly handling of our market partners
• Care and reliability
