For our sales we are looking for a:n high level of communication:n and target-oriented:n at our location in Karlsruhe Setter (m/w/d) in full time (40h). You are the first contact with potential new customers – and that's what drives you. Kaltakquise doesn't scare you, but motivates you. You love to inspire people, open doors and create opportunities.

Your tasks:

You actively address potential new customers, convince and wake interested You identify and address suitable companies from different industries You take first contact and qualify potential customers – in close cooperation with Account Management you bring the right contacts into the role You care about existing customers, keep contact and recognize potentials You agree appointments and prepare first calls for the field service You'll pug the CRM database and document all activities clean You work closely with the sales team and optimise the speech together

You like to speak – and that is good. Communication is your strongest weapon You bring first experience in sales, acquisitions or telephone customer contact – but no need You bring industry knowledge? Super – you don't have to.
