Central role in the redesign of our work and the further development of the supply chain processes: analysis, design and further development of planning and production control processes within the framework of the plant structure planning Rethinking the planning and control approaches along the entire value chain, to optimize our processes

Systematic evaluation of existing processes, identification of optimization potentials and definition of efficient target processes taking into account modern control principles (e.g. push/pull strategies, decoupling points) deriving sound action recommendations for process optimization and support for management decisions; Responsibility for implementing the defined measures Close, cross-departmental cooperation with relevant functions along the entire supply chain (including production planning and control, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and shipping) Validation of newly developed supply chain concepts and material flows using simulations Working in interdisciplinary projects to introduce new structures, systems and methods Development, implementation and monitoring of key payment systems and control logics to ensure efficient material and production planning

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in production planning, production control or supply chain management, ideally in an industrial environment Knowledge of production and disposition processes as well as experience in modern planning and control systems Experience in the field of simulation as well as in the handling of appropriate software Embossed Analytical and Strategic Thinking Power, Coupled with High Implementation Orientation First practical experience in project management and/or business process modeling High communication strength, team capacity and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams Self-employed, structured working and a high level of responsibility Very good MS Office knowledge; Experience with Infor LN as well as methods like Lean Management, Toyota Production System or Six Sigma is beneficial Very good English skills in word and writing
