Strategic and operational analysis, planning, optimization and control of operational structures and processes

Implementation of new processes

Control, monitoring and corrective intervention in the operational processes

POC (Point of Contact) for the customer

Cooperation with other departments (Quality, HR, Finance and Facilities) and management with long-term objectives

Creation of reports of operationally relevant key figures to senior management and the financial department

elaboration and control of employee deployment plans and holiday plans

Constantly ensuring compliance and optimization of quality and performance indicators

Continuous monitoring and compliance with legal frameworks (Law on Labour Protection, Data Protection, Labour Law)

Implementation of the annual employee talks, the employees directly

Ensuring and promoting positive business policies and culture

Ideally a study in the field of logistics, BWL, VWL or the like, as an alternative an education with corresponding professional experience in the logistic field

Multiannual professional experience in contract logistics

First experience in a leadership function in a fast-paced and operative working environment

German and English skills

Previous knowledge of the main QSHE instruments

First experience in project management
