The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Recording requirements as well as consulting our departments regarding data-related issues in real estate processes. Working on the further development of our data architecture, in particular design and implementation of data models taking into account normalization principles Conception, development and maintenance of data pipelines for the integration and processing of data from different sources Creation and optimization of SQL queries for data analysis and reporting Interface development and integration of APIs (REST, SOAP) for data connection Support in data visualization and processing for deriving knowledge Documentation of the developed solutions

Complete study of economics or (economic) computer science or a comparison of training in the IT context with corresponding professional experience Secure and sovereign communication in German and English Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and secure handling of SQL for data query and manipulation. Basic understanding of API concepts (REST, SOAP) and their application. Knowledge about Microsoft Dataverse and experience in creating model drive apps with Microsoft Power Apps desirable Experiences in Microsoft Power Automate to develop business logic desirable JOBV1_EN
