HSE Specialist (f/m/x)- Focus on occupational safety - 20 hours/week limited to 1 year

What if you are not only responsible for compliance with safety standards, but actively contribute to creating a safe and healthy working environment for all employees? As a HSE Specialist (w/m/x) with focus on occupational safety, you support the implementation of legal and operational requirements in occupational health and safety, work with different areas of expertise and actively contribute to the further development of our safety culture and occupational safety processes. This part-time job (20 hours/week) is limited to 1 year. Your main tasks include: Support work security: You support our internal specialist in occupational safety in the performance of your statutory and operational tasks Evaluate hazards: You participate in risk assessments and assist in deriving appropriate protection measures analyse security events: You participate in the investigation of work accidents, near accidents and safety-related events and derive potential for improvement Strengthening security awareness: You support security teaching and awareness raising for employees Maintaining documentation: You manage work protection-relevant documents, key figures and administrative processes Work with desires: You support the planning, implementation and follow-up of job visits in office, laboratory and technical work areas Promoting security culture: You participate in internal communication campaigns and support the further development of a sustainable security awareness

You work carefully, communicate safely with different target groups and want to develop work security in a practical way. Ideally, you bring the following skills and strengths: Completed training as a state-tested technician:in or comparable technical qualification first professional experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in laboratory or technical working environments; a qualification for the safety officer is advantageous Knowledge of relevant safety requirements and ideally ISO 45001 Good knowledge of MS Office applications and a structured handling of documentation and key figures Impressed communication strength, independent operation and a high degree of care Flowing German and English skills Driving licence class B and willingness to travel to other business locations
