As Operations Controllers, you take over the operational control, analysis and transparency of all production-related key figures and actively support the Plant Manager in the planning, decision-making and improvement of factory performance. Monitoring and analysis of all production-relevant KPIs (OEE, committee, output, cycle times, standstills) Creation of daily and weekly performance reports for shopfloor management Analysis of standard cost deviations and derivation of measures proposals Support for forecasting, planning and monthly financial management Implementation of working time, capacity and productivity analyses incl. bottleneck and potential identification Preparation of decision bases on operational topics (Make-or-Buy, shift models, capacity requirements, Capex) Support for improvement projects such as Lean, Kaizen and efficiency enhancements as well as participation in Daily/Weekly meetings Logistics Controlling incl. transparency on stocks, material availability, delivery performance and costs Quality assurance through analysis and reporting of quality/non-quality costs and support of quality teams

Experience in the operational control of a production plant and very good knowledge of relevant production characteristics High process orientation and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Very good user knowledge in Excel, Power BI and KPI tools Good SAP knowledge (FI/CO/MM/SD) and understanding of data structures Embossed communication and team skills Analysis and problem-solving competence Ability to derive clear recommendations from data Close cooperation with the Plant Manager and the Plant Management Team Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
