Your post: You process and document in-depth inquiries from our customers and sales and service partners (by phone, email or fax).

You support our first-level support, answer questions about documentation and take care of bug and escalation management.

You will pass tickets to quality assurance, perform software tests, and learn information about how to improve software and documentation.

You support quality assurance for the production and shipping of updates.

You'll start guidance for 1st and 2nd level support and take care of the Knowledge Base in SAP.

That's what you bring: You have completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d), service technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d) or brings an equivalent qualification.

You have good knowledge in dealing with Outlook, Word, Excel and dealing with Windows operating systems.

Secure appearance on the phone, communication skills, conflict resolution, team capacity, readiness for performance and an analytical way of thinking belong to your strengths.

You have knowledge of virtual environments (Citirx), understand server environments and terminal servers.

We're not looking for a 100% match! It is important that you want to work in new things.
