The following activities are included in your task: You transfer the responsible project management to HOAI as a contractor representation in the performance phases 1-5 (base position determination to execution planning). You control the design, approval and execution planning for buildings and interiors up to the acceptance and transfer to tenants or Buyer. You organize and coordinate the entire planning process during the construction activity according to the performance phases according to HOAI. Ensure efficient communication and ensure complete documentation. You monitor the planning quality, ensure compliance with the contractually agreed planning objectives and check the compliance of the planning results with the building specifications in the performance phases 1-5. You take the cost control from the first cost estimate (LP 1) to the detailed cost calculation and control during execution planning (LP 5). You make sure that the project remains in the specified budget frame. You plan and control the schedules at all stages of the project. This includes voting with specialist planners and exporting companies and ensuring a timely completion. You accompany the builders in the creation and testing of contracts with planners, specialist planners and exporting companies. In addition, you ensure that all relevant insurance policies and contracts are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements. You represent the interests of Überseeinsel GmbH to external project participants such as architects, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies. You work closely with the internal team to ensure the successful implementation of the project goals in all phases of performance according to HOAI (LP 1-5).

You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field of expertise, and you will bring well-founded expertise in planning and project management. You have several years of professional experience in project management, especially in the performance phases 1-5 (buildings and interiors) according to HOAI, as well as knowledge in project management according to AHO You have extensive knowledge of VOB, HOAI and the relevant legal regulations. You are characterized by team skills, cost and quality awareness, and you are confident and strong towards planners, entrepreneurs and external partners. You bring well-founded experience in cost planning, timing and quality assurance and want to further develop your knowledge in the application of BIM (especially ArchiCAD). You think forward-looking, act firm and take responsibility to manage your projects successfully.
