Process and production control: With design and further development of work preparation Resource planning: efficient classification of machines, materials and personnel feasibility testing and approval of manufacturing orders Ensuring process stability in new parts Optimization and quality: Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of appropriate measures Monitoring of reporting times from economic perspective Processing of complaints including Troubleshooting, Analysis and Settings Leadership and organisation: Professional, organizational and disciplinary leadership of the team Implementation of employee instructions incl. Control of agreed measures (e.g. order, cleanliness, occupational safety) Coordination of maintenance of machines and tools Planning of investments in coordination with production management

Multiannual leadership experience in the production environment Safe handling of technical drawings Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Efforts to make decisions, enforcement and conflict Self-employed, flexible and structured work Communication strength in the team and interfaces to sales and logistics Team orientation with pronounced hands-on mentality Technical understanding of machinery and production processes Completed commercial or technical training Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
