Responsibility for paying-based operational and strategic management in Germany and abroad (Nearshore), with a clear focus on KPIs Management and control of employees in project planning and implementation, always oriented to measurable results Close cooperation with international project managers to achieve goals through precise data analysis and KPI-based management Active communication with the client and stakeholders Ensuring efficient capacity and deployment planning and continuous analysis of project key figures Performance control at all levels and regular travel, especially in Kosovo, to support on site

a well-founded training, preferably in the commercial sector Versified handling with MS Office, especially MS Excel, is a must Safe handling of MS PowerBI for precise evaluations and analyses Embossed numerical understanding and an analytical way of thinking Self-employed work with a focus on process optimization Confidence, reliability and strong communication and motivation skills – ideally complemented by Call Center experience and Albanian knowledge
