Definition of key account strategy and annual action plans for all relevant e-commerce channels Development of multi-channel strategies in line with our senior business goals and creation of roadmaps for countries (sortment, pricing, activation) to achieve profitable sales achieving growth, profit and contribution objectives; Identification of other potentials for profitable revenue growth Definition, negotiation and agreement of investments, pricing strategies and contractual conditions. Implementation of a consistent pricing strategy and close monitoring of customers' P&L effective management of the e-commerce sales team; Coaching, Training and Development of Key Account Manager Defining clear OGSM for Key Account Manager and the entire sales organization Cooperation between regional, local and global teams (sales, SCM, digital marketing) and management of cross-functional teams and projects Provide guidance and support in the implementation of Category Management and JBP approaches

University degree;>5-7 years of professional experience in the e-commerce environment (FMCG or Nonfood), including leadership experience in the key account business (annual negotiations & contracts) E-commerce channels and customers with a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and P&L Outstanding project management and organization capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to inspire, motivate and guide both individuals and teams (both their own and cross-functional). Effective cooperation and clear communication are the focus Safe for negotiation in German and English
