Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Customer service
• Modernization of communication technology (including media technology)
• Integration of software into customer devices (will be fully trained!)
• Easy troubleshooting of systems with customers
• Function tests (including multimeters)
• documentation of services carried out
• Creation of error logs
• Smaller user instructions at the customer
• Compliance with quality requirements

Your profile

• Complete training as an electronic (e.g. electronic devices and systems, IT system electronics, electronics automation technology, etc.)
• First contact points with software topics of advantage
• knowledge of measuring instruments, current schedules and testing software
• Basic knowledge of SAP desirable
• readiness to travel within Germany and customer-oriented appearance
• Technical understanding
• Careful work

Conditions

• Equal Pay from 1st day
• Very attractive remuneration (30, 92 €, after 3 months 31,50 and special payments)
• Very comprehensive training
• Another two months of close support by a colleague (Mentoring)
• Long-term use with option to take over
• Travel time = working time
