You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees of quality assurance in the absence of departmental management – in particular in matters relating to food safety and the management of critical complaints With your analytical view, you continuously develop our complaint management and successfully implement targeted optimization measures To do this, you plan and implement quality-promoting measures such as internal and external audits, training and projects including the corresponding documentation Compliance with our high quality and food standards as well as all relevant legal requirements at any time You continuously maintain and develop our cross-site quality management system based on the FSSC-22000 standard To do this, you also support the further training of our employees in the factory and promote quality awareness throughout the company

Your successfully completed study of food technology, food chemistry, process engineering, ecotrophology or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your success Multiannual professional experience in quality management or quality assurance of a food-producing company ideally in the confectionery industry Experience in preparing, implementing and accompanying GFSI audits such as FSSC 22000, IFS or BRC Their analytical and technical understanding combined with a solution-oriented working and a pronounced sense of responsibility With your enforcing strength, fingertips and persuasiveness, you gain different stakeholders for common goals Communication strength in German and English for cooperation with various internal and external interfaces complete all this
