As an IT-Control Center Administrator of kubus IT, you will ensure transparency about the state of complex IT landscapes together with the team. You evaluate relevant status information, identify action needs and ensure address-oriented communication. You coordinate large-scale disturbances and cross-organisational task forces and accompany the processing of end-to-end until the end of the problem management and implement suitable measures for sustainable troubleshooting and prevention. You check and evaluate status information on central IT services and production processes. In addition, you support the structured implementation of the daily tasks as well as further developments in the IT Control Center. You plan, coordinate and document activities to ensure availability, restoreability and performance, taking into account operational safety. You support the evaluation, connection and implementation of new monitoring solutions and contribute to the continuous maintenance and optimization of the monitoring control. You identify cross-organisational optimization potentials in the various IT areas and communicate these proactively. You can independently create, update and optimize concepts, documentation and manuals of the IT Control Center, including across organisations.

You have a completed training as an IT specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in these areas. You speak very well German (at least C1 level). You provide technical knowledge in IT infrastructure operation. You are strong in communication and continue to form independently. You think and act analytically, work independently and responsibly. You hold appointments, occasionally take on work on weekends and willingness to call. You have a passenger car license and are also ready for multi-day business trips.
