You organize the secretariat of the department independently and take over the appointment and travel management. Plan, coordinate and accompany internal and external events of the program. You support the team through the creation of presentations and protocols as well as the monitoring of the Organisational Letter Box (OBK). The contributions of the various parties to the monthly reports will be coordinated and consolidated. You maintain and update planning documents and ensure their completeness and topicality. You support the program management in configuration and risk management tasks. Orders are carried out independently and take over the administration of departmental vehicles. The structured placement and management of contractual documents are guaranteed.
You have a successfully completed, at least 3 years of commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in project management or in adjacent areas. You have a good commercial understanding and can use it in various project situations. You have good SAP skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel. You bring very good German & good English skills.
