Part-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Monthly fee settlement: Own-responsible implementation for extra-tariff contracts of a defined group of persons. Time management & master data: Care and monitoring incl. Contract facility, short-terms, surcharges and control of hourly earnings. Remuneration and benefits: Control and validation of benefits, utility vehicles and taxable benefits. Special staff cases: parental leave, occupational retirement and anniversaries. Reporting procedures & certifications: implementation and control of legal procedures and certifications. Process optimization & digitization: support in the optimization, digitization and simplification of HR and payroll processes to increase efficiency, quality and transparency.

Education: Completed commercial training ideally with specialist training in the area of Payroll. Experience: Multiannual practice in payroll accounting. Payroll systems & reporting: Safe in dealing with pay billing and reporting procedures, ideally with P&I LOGA3. Operation: Self-employed, structured and service-oriented with high number affinity. Solution orientation & communication: pragmatic mindset and good communication skills in exchange with relevant interfaces. Office programs: Very good knowledge in common MS 365 applications for, among others, evaluations and reports. Languages: Very good German knowledge.
