Teamlead UX (m/w/d)

UX is more than a method for us. More than workshops and artifacts. This is why we are looking for an experienced UX leadership personality, which leads an interdisciplinary UX team in discipline, develops and effectively positions – as a parental representation with real responsibility and option for permanent employment. You are People Lead out of conviction and work closely with our professional UX lead. As a tandem, its technical excellence combines clear leadership, structure and prioritization. You originally come from the UX field, but your focus is clear today on leadership, organization and effect. What you are specifically responsible for Discipline leadership of an interdisciplinary UX team Development of people, roles and cooperation – also in change Design of UX structures in the everyday life of large IT and organizational landscapes Further development of UX strategy, processes and governance Creating clear framework conditions so that UX-Research, UI-Design and UX-Writing become effective Strengthening self-responsibility, not micromanagement Clear positioning of UX – to make and implement decisions

We do not search: Pure professional UX experts without leadership experience Team leaders “in title”, but without disciplinary responsibility Persons who understand UX exclusively surgically or methodically We are looking for a leader who: Bringing multi-year experience in disciplinary leadership of teams Leadership also lives in change and complexity Clear, binding and value-assurance communicated in German UX understands professionally, but has assumed leadership as main task Being safe in big organizations without losing attitude Experience in the financial or insurance environment is helpful, but no need. The attitude, clarity and responsibility are indispensable.
