As an experienced service provider, we offer mainly social-psychiatric basic care, needs-based housing and assistance services, as well as services for participation in working life.

In addition to the staff-centric assistance for young people in our decentralised housing and care offer, the agency also includes the management of a multi-professional team.

Technical and organisational management of the team of pedagogical professionals Responsibility for the professional quality and the need-oriented provision of services for clients including crisis management Introduction to the team management function by the area management with gradual adoption of personnel responsibility and management tasks Personal responsibility and development, operational planning Organisation and implementation of clearing management: processing of recording requests, conducting initial and consulting discussions and monitoring of the clearing course

Complete study of social work with state recognition (Master, Bachelor, Diploma) or a comparable qualification desire for leadership responsibility, first leadership experiences are desirable, but no requirement Structural cooperative leadership combined with entrepreneurship High social competence, decision-making and resilience Experience in the care of people with mental disabilities Secure knowledge of social legislation Valid car driving permit
