Billing and Customer Processes Clerk – Focus on Generation Plants (a*)

In the billing system, you build production facilities and make sure that all relevant data is fully and correctly stored. You carefully check the requirements for the feed-in remuneration and thus contribute to the correct remuneration of the plants. You recreate production facilities in a timely and quality-oriented manner and process invoice corrections so that billings remain transparent and comprehensible. Operator changes and assignments are handled independently and ensure a smooth transition to the systems. The collection and maintenance of master data are carried out with high accuracy in order to ensure data integrity and actuality permanently. Customer complaints and complaints are based on solutions and find answers that meet the needs of our customers. Through the written and telephone support of our customers and market partners, you will ensure a high level of service to the outside.

You have a successfully completed commercial training. Experience in the energy industry is targeted to capture complex technical relationships quickly. With MS Office and SAP S/4HANA Utilities, you are safe and routined and use the systems efficiently for your daily work. When dealing with customers, you will show a strong customer and service orientation and will be professional and binding. Your careful working and team skills help you achieve reliable results together.
