As HR Controlling Manager (m/w/d), you should bring an affinity for data analytics. You combine analytical skills with technological know-how and ideally bring experience in Compensation & Benefits. In this role, you design HR processes more efficiently, develop reporting solutions and support the strategic remuneration policy. Planning & analysis: You create the personnel costs and headcount planning, perform forecasts and analyzes deviations. Development of personal controlling: You drive forward the development and support of a holistic human resources controller and actively shape the optimization of our HR processes. Reports & Recommendations for action: You write and analyze both standardised and ad hoc evaluations on personal economic topics – precisely for the target group and with clear recommendations. Prepare data for financial statements: You assemble the relevant data for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Compensation & Benefits: Responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of remuneration and benefits programs in the company Advising executives on salary structures, bonus models and Benefits strategies Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Leadership: Leadership of a small team Efficient use of resources and prioritization of tasks

Project management: You are involved in global HR projects (e.g. the introduction of new systems, process optimization, further development of HR dashboards and reporting tools).

Completed studies in business, HR, data analytics or comparable training Funded knowledge in HR controlling and HR key figures Embossed analytical skills and high number affinity Enthusiasm for digital HR processes and their continuous optimization Multiannual experience in HR reporting and handling tools such as Excel and optimally Workday. SAP experience desirable. Analytical thinking and ability to make complex data understandable Communication strength and intercultural competence German and good knowledge of English
