Be part of our team of experts and support in the planning, implementation, development and control of our IT security, risk and emergency management in line with the BSI standard 200-x!

You are the interface to our external data protection officer and answer customer requests for data protection and IT security. You accompany the data protection officer at TOM-Audits, assist in the maintenance of the procedural directory and carry out service audits yourself. You conduct technical and organizational security requirements and implement them together with the ORG/IT team, the departments and the contracted service providers in the framework of projects. You identify, analyze and evaluate IT security risks. You plan and organize security awareness training for employees. You analyze and raise key figures on the state of IT security and support the production of reports to management. You create and care for necessary guidelines and documentation.

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector, for example as a merchant/buyer for digitalization management, a bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification and are interested in IT compliance issues. Alternatively, you have legal training and interest in IT topics. You work structured, reliable, communicative and team-oriented. You are open to new activities and challenges. You show great interest in current IT security and data protection standards. You are passionate about projects related to technology and digitalization. You have very good German and good English skills.
